Eco Caters

What We Do

Eco Caters is a full service catering company that specializes in sourcing from local farms and fishermen. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality catering with handcrafted foods made 100% from scratch while minimizing our impact on the environment. We do so primarily by using local organic food bought from farms and ranches that raise produce and animals in a sustainable and humane way. We work directly with the farms to guarantee a very high quality and fresh product that is sourced right here in the Washington DC metropolitan area or out of our sister office in Southern California, depending on your event location. We also maintain the highest level of service at every event to ensure that your guests can enjoy the food and company and let us take care of all the details. We can provide catering services only or you can use our full service event and wedding coordinators to help you plan your entire event from start to finish. We operate out of Union Kitchen in Washington, DC and the Kettler Iceplex in Arlington. We also are the official chefs and caterers for the Washington Capitals and Wizards.

We love supporting the local economy, our amazing clients, customers, and vendors, and sharing our delicious organic food, of course.

What Is Next

As local and organic foods become so well embraced in the DC area, Eco Caters is experiencing rapid growth. Our primary goals are to grow sustainably, support the local economy as much as possible, and continue to minimize our impact on the environment while continuing to add like-minded clients and sustainable vendors. In addition to weddings, non-profits, sports nutrition, and special events, Eco Caters has recently launched innovative food solutions such as District Cafes, a creative culinary pop-up solution, and a farm-to-flight program for the area’s professional sports teams.
